Jubilee for Schools Launch Day
Friday 20 January 2025 was the launch of the Jubilee Year 2025 in schools.
‘God has anointed me… to proclaim good news to the poor, liberty to captives, and new sight to the blind; to set the oppressed free.’ Luke 4:18
Father in heaven,
may the faith you have given us
in your son, Jesus Christ, our brother,
and the flame of charity enkindled in our hearts by the Holy Spirit,
reawaken in us the blessed hope for the coming of your Kingdom.
May the grace of the Jubilee
reawaken in us, Pilgrims of Hope,
a yearning for the treasures of heaven.

In form time, Our Lady’s pupils have been involved in Jubilee launch day arts and crafts activities which will be displayed in and around school.
