Under 15 Cricket Competition

On Tuesday, a group of Year 7, 8 and 9 pupils took part in an Under 15 cricket competition at Bare Cricket Club, Lancaster.

The team have been training hard and were against older opponents from Year 10. However, they did themselves proud and had some closely contested matches. Jiji got two wickets bowling against Ripley and there were several fours hit by Mathilda, Ellie-Mae and Emma.

Unfortunately, the girls did not get through to the next round but gained lots of experience from the competition and they thoroughly enjoyed the day.
