Year 9 Lancashire STEM Challenge Event
A year 9 team of eleven pupils represented OLCHS at the Lancashire STEM Challenge Event, held at Preston’s College. Teams were involved in a variety of Science, Technology and Mathematics activities including, creating E fits, building motorised vehicles, developing a robotic arm and investigating medical diagnostics. Congratulations go to two of our pupils who won an award for their work on the robotics task.
