The following day was spent at the Louvre Museum, the Palace of Versailles and the Jardin de Luxembourg with an evening trip to the Montmartre area and the Sacre Coeur. On the Saturday, pupils visited Notre Dame Cathedral, Saint Chapelle, had lunch in a traditional French restaurant follow by a guided coach tour and then finally some serious shopping on the Champs Elysées. On Saturday night the group admired the views of Paris from the Eiffel Tower. Sunday was the start of the journey home, stopping at the lovely town of Boulogne-sur-Mer en route to the shuttle!
